All the oil we produce comes from olives grown by our members in our territory situated between the Adriatic and the hills of our beautiful Puglia.
L'Amabile or Cima di Bitonto extracted from olives "Ogliarola Baresi" color is golden yellow and sweet fruity flavor. We suggest to use it for soups and sauces for risottos, is it ideal for fish.
Il Rustico or Cima di Corato extracted from olives "Cima diCorato", is green with yellow and tastes very fruity and slightly bitter. We suggest for use for the bruschetta, the grilled meats, vegetables and for the vegetables and the sauce.
The brand was born to indicate the strong relationship with the land and the genuineness of our goods.the name comes from "Trebius" Roman settler who gave his name to the city of Triggiano, a name that fimd it's genesis in a the past as old as the agricultural traditions of our land.The logo that accompanies the name, indicates the link with our territory too, which stretches between the Adriatic sea and the hills of our Puglia.
